Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Sanixia, you agree to these terms. If you are using Sanixia on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
2. Service description
Sanixia is an AI-powered recruiting platform that helps companies analyze job applicants and discover passive candidates. The service includes CV analysis, candidate scoring, and outreach tools.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- One company account per organization — do not create duplicate accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Sanixia operates on a monthly subscription model with included credits
- Prices are in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) unless otherwise stated
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month
- Included credits refresh monthly and do not roll over
- Purchased extra credits do not expire while your subscription is active
- You can cancel at any time — your data remains accessible in read-only mode
- Credits are frozen (not deleted) upon cancellation and restored if you re-subscribe
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
5. Credit usage
- CV analysis consumes 1 credit per successful analysis
- Failed analyses do not consume credits — credits are refunded automatically
- Passive candidate searches consume 3 credits per search
- Profile unlocks consume 2 credits per unlock
- Outreach draft generation consumes 1 credit per draft
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for discriminatory hiring practices
- Upload files containing malware or malicious content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI scoring system
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
- Use the service to collect personal data for purposes other than recruiting
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the API
7. AI-generated content
Sanixia uses AI to analyze CVs, score candidates, and generate outreach drafts. AI outputs are tools to assist your hiring decisions — they are not guarantees of candidate quality or suitability.
- AI scores are advisory — final hiring decisions are always yours
- We continuously improve our AI but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy
- You should review AI-generated outreach before sending it to candidates
8. Data and privacy
Your use of Sanixia is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of candidate data complies with applicable laws, including GDPR.
9. Intellectual property
- Sanixia and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Nordic Blue
- You retain ownership of all data you upload (CVs, job descriptions, etc.)
- We do not claim ownership of candidate data processed through our service
10. Limitation of liability
Sanixia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nordic Blue is not liable for hiring decisions made based on AI-generated scores or recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be retained in read-only mode unless you request deletion.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Norway.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
